Selection Process:

The five finalists will be determined through a combination of public votes and mentor evaluations. Each participant’s final score will be calculated as follows:

• Public Vote: 25%
• Mentor Evaluation by Rhem: 37.5%
• Mentor Evaluation by Mahony: 37.5%

This balanced approach ensures that both public opinion and professional expertise contribute to the selection of the most promising talents.
