The Artist Management Pillar embarked on their journey

This initiative marks the beginning of a transformative journey for the selected students, providing them with essential knowledge and hands-on experience in the complex world of artist management.

On July 16th and 17th, the selected Creators were guided by their mentors into the world of Artists Management. Raluca Constantinescu, an accomplished artist manager at Take Notes/Mahony Entertainment, brought her extensive expertise to the table. With a career spanning from publishing and songwriting to booking and orchestrating international shows, Raluca has been instrumental in driving extraordinary initiatives, including the iconic UNTOLD festival. Her experience offered students a comprehensive view of the music industry, making her an invaluable mentor.

Aranka Takács, the business manager in the Booking Department at UNTOLD, provided a unique perspective on the industry’s operational side. Aranka’s journey from a volunteer in 2015 to a key figure in contracting hundreds of artists for UNTOLD Universe projects is a testament to her dedication and skill. Her insights into the intricacies of booking and artist management enriched the learning experience for the students.

The workshops were designed to cover a broad spectrum of topics crucial for aspiring artist managers.
